Looking back on 2019 and forward to 2020

It has been a busy year for Craven Open Door and here is some of our latest news as we look forward to 2020.

Skipton Ukulele Group very kindly presented us with a cheque for £200 to boost our club funds and have promised to re visit us in the New Year to run a music night for the members giving them the chance to make their own music. Many thanks to all the member for their kind help. ( Pic 1006 )

As a build up to Christmas Mrs Metcalfe from The Flower Loft at Grassington came along and ran a wreath making evening for our members which was very successful and enjoyed by all  ( pics 1010 1017 1018 1020 )

Again as part of our Christmas programme we were invited to Ermysteds Grammar School Skipton by Mrs Taylor for a cooking evening.  Some of the pupils very kindly stayed after to school to help our member make Christmas Biscuits. What a great evening enjoyed by all as you can see in the photographs  ( Pics 1021 1024 1029 0

On Tuesday 17th December was our Christmas bash at The May Pole at Long Preston we sat down to a two course meal of the members choice As always we were made at home in the restaurant and every thoroughly enjoyed it as you can see from the photographs. ( pics 1031 1032 1033 1034 )
