Could you help a small local charity make a big difference?

Craven Open Door is a registered charity in Skipton supporting adults and young people aged 16+ with learning difficulties through regular social activities, trips, crafts, games, music, cookery and opportunities to build confidence and friendships.

We are looking for a volunteer Treasurer to join our small and friendly team of trustees. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your financial or bookkeeping skills to support a much-valued local group. Our annual turnover is modest, usually around £3,000–£3,500, so the role is suitable for someone with basic financial confidence rather than extensive charity finance experience.
