Raspberry Buns June 2025
Members have been asking if we could branch out from baking pizzas and scones into cakes and biscuits. So our recent foray into cakes was making raspberry buns using a scone mixture and raspberry jam.
Members had to add milk and egg to their mixture to get a suitable consistency and then mould the cakes to the right shape. Add a portion of jam and bake for 15-20 minutes and ... hey presto ... a tasty treat!
